Privacy policy

Last updated 24 October 2026

This policy covers experiencehitters.com and the Hitters app, and explains what we collect when you use them, why, and who else sees it. Plain language, because legal boilerplate helps nobody.

Your information is held by the company that operates the location you’re dealing with: AndrewAndDrue, LLC for Liberty Lake, RoginskiGroup, LLC for Spokane. Both are Washington limited liability companies doing business as Hitters, and both handle your information exactly as described below.

What we collect

  • What you type into a form. Our contact, party quote, sponsorship, and email signup forms collect what you enter, typically your name, email address, phone number, and your message.
  • Booking and membership details. If you reserve time or join a membership, we collect your name, phone, email, and the details of the booking. Card details go straight to Square, we never see or store your card number.
  • Basic usage data. Google Analytics records anonymous information about which pages get visited, roughly where visitors are, and what device they use.
  • Your location choice. If you tick “remember my location,” we save which of our two facilities you picked in your own browser. It never leaves your device and you can clear it any time by clearing your browser data.

Who else it goes to

We don’t sell your information. Ever. We share it only with the services that make the site work:

  • Square, bookings, payments, gift cards, and memberships.
  • Web3Forms, delivers form submissions to our inbox.
  • Google Analytics, anonymous site traffic statistics.
  • WaiverForever, digital liability waivers.

Email

If you join our list we’ll send occasional notes about deals, league nights, and events. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and replying “unsubscribe” to any message works too. We won’t add you to the list just because you filled out a contact form.

Children

Plenty of our guests are kids, that’s the point. But this website isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information online. Bookings and waivers for minors are made by a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has given us information through this site, email us and we’ll delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@hittersspokane.com and we’ll take care of it. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, the site still works, we just lose the traffic stats.

The Hitters app

The app works without an account. If you sign in, we use:

  • Your mobile number, to sign you in with a one-time code sent by text, and to find your bookings, membership and rewards. Signing in sends one text with the code; it does not sign you up for any other texts.
  • Your name and email, if you add them, for your bookings and receipts.
  • Hitters Rewards: the points you earn when you pay at Hitters and the rewards you use. We keep this ourselves, against your mobile number.
  • Notifications, only if you turn them on: a message when your cage is ready. Never marketing. You can turn them off in the app or in your phone’s settings.

The app takes no payments. Cards used at Hitters go to Square, as above.

Deleting your account

In the app: Profile, then Delete account. Without the app: email info@hittersspokane.com from any address with the mobile number on the account, and we delete it within 30 days. Deleting removes your sign-in, your rewards points and your contact details. A few records stay because the law or our books need them: a past booking stays on our calendar without your name, a signed membership agreement is kept as the record of what was agreed, and if you ever replied STOP to our texts we keep a scrambled copy of your number so we never text it again. Deleting the app account does not cancel an active membership; cancel that with us first.

Text messages

If you tick the box when you book — or sign up on our text updates page — we’ll text you a confirmation and a reminder before your time. That is all those texts are for. They are about the booking you made, not marketing. The box is never ticked for you, in either place, and it is optional: you can book and use everything at Hitters without it.

  • We never sell or share your mobile number. No third party receives it for their own marketing, ever. Our messaging provider only carries the message on our behalf.
  • Reply STOP to any text and they stop. Reply HELP and you’ll get our contact details. Opting out of texts changes nothing else, you keep your booking, your membership, and your email.
  • Message and data rates may apply, and how often you hear from us depends on how often you book.
  • We only text people who ticked the box. If you booked before we added it, we don’t have your consent on record and we won’t text you.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection and payment information is handled entirely by Square, which is PCI compliant. No system is perfect, but we don’t hold card numbers, so there aren’t any here to lose.

Changes

If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the site.
